Yes. The driver takes you to the main entrance or the reception building of your hotel, not to a stop on the main road, and lifts your luggage out of the car there. Large resorts often have a security gate and several buildings; the driver knows how these entrances work, and if your booking is for a particular wing or a separate club section, put it in your request. For a villa or an apartment, give us the exact address and, if you have one, a map pin, so the driver can bring you as close to the door as the street allows.

We need the travel date, your flight number, the name of your hotel, the number of adults and children, and an idea of the luggage, including anything bulky. An online booking engine is being prepared; for now, a member of our Antalya office reads every request and replies in writing with the vehicle, the price and the meeting details.

Very likely. The site lists more than 1,900 hotels across 58 regions, but new hotels open, others change their name, and many guests stay in villas, apartments or small family-run pensions. Send us the name and the full address, or a map pin, and we check the route and reply with a fixed price for the vehicle. If the address is in the Antalya region or along the coast we already serve, the transfer works exactly as it does for any hotel in the list.

Your written confirmation states the payment method. Depending on what has been agreed, you pay the driver on the day or settle in another way arranged beforehand. Either way, the amount is the fixed price for the vehicle confirmed before you travel; it does not rise because of heavy traffic or a late landing. If you need an invoice in a company name, or would prefer a particular way of paying, mention it when you book and we confirm in writing what we can do.

If you do not see the board at once, stay inside the hall and call or message the number in your confirmation; please do not go outside to the taxi rank or accept offers from other drivers. The office and the driver will direct you. From the desk, the driver walks with you to the car park and loads the luggage.

We follow every arrival by the flight number in your booking, so the driver sees the revised landing time and adjusts to it; there is no need to phone us from the departure airport. What matters is that the flight number is right. If you are moved onto a different flight, or the plane lands somewhere other than Antalya, send us the new details as soon as you have them and we rearrange the transfer. On busy summer days the passport queue and the baggage belt can take a while, and our drivers allow for that.

We match the vehicle to both the number of people and the luggage. The economy sedan suits up to three passengers with three cases. The Vito comfort minivan and the VIP Vito each take six passengers with six cases. For groups there are 13-seat and 16-seat Sprinters, a 25-seat midibus and a 45-seat coach, used for weddings, sports teams, incentive trips and tour groups arriving at the same hotel. If your party carries more than the usual luggage, a larger vehicle is often the better choice. Give us your numbers and we recommend one.

Yes, for any age: rear-facing infant seats, seats for toddlers and boosters for older children. Child seats are a paid extra; the charge is added to the agreed transfer price and shown in your written confirmation. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and their ages or approximate weights, so the driver brings suitable seats and fits them before you get in. You are welcome to bring your own seat instead; mention it so we allow room for it.

Yes, provided we know in advance. Belek in particular receives many golfers, and a golf bag, a bicycle or a pushchair takes the space of one or more suitcases. A sedan that is comfortable for three people with ordinary cases will not take three golf bags as well. List every bulky item with the numbers in your request, say whether bicycles are boxed, and we send a vehicle with enough room, such as a Vito minivan or a Sprinter. Items that appear unannounced on the day may not fit.

It depends on the resort. The airport sits east of the city, so Kundu is closest at 10 km, about 15 minutes, followed by Lara at 13 km, 20 minutes. The city centre and Kaleiçi are 15 to 16 km, around 25 minutes, and Konyaaltı 22 km, half an hour. Belek is 35 km, about 35 minutes. To the west, Kemer is 55 km and 55 minutes, Tekirova 70 km, a little over an hour. To the east, Side is 65 km, about an hour, and Manavgat 72 km. Alanya is 125 km, nearly two hours. These times assume normal traffic; each hotel page gives the figure for that hotel’s area.
