Why choose a private transfer over the hotel shuttle coach?
A shared coach runs to a timetable built around many flights and many hotels. You may wait in the car park for other passengers, and your hotel may be the last of a dozen stops. With a private transfer the timing is set by your own landing, the only address on the route is your hotel, and the vehicle carries your party alone. The price is for the whole car rather than for each seat, so a family or a group of friends shares one fixed amount.Can you move us from one hotel to another during the holiday?
Yes. Many guests spend a few nights in the city and the rest of the week on the coast, or split a stay between Belek and Side. We also drive from a hotel to the cruise terminal at the Port of Antalya, or into Kaleiçi for an evening in the old town. Tell us both addresses, the date, a time and how many of you are travelling, with the luggage, and we reply with a fixed price for the vehicle. As on the airport route, the car is yours alone.Our hotel is in Kaş, Fethiye or Pamukkale. Do you drive that far?
We do. From Antalya Airport, Kaş is about 190 km, roughly 2 hours 45 minutes by road, and Kalkan 210 km. Fethiye is 300 km, around four hours, with Ölüdeniz slightly beyond it. Pamukkale lies 330 km inland, a little over four hours. On a drive of this length you can ask for a short stop for coffee, a meal or the toilet, either when you book or by telling the driver on the way. If small children are travelling, the Vito minivan or the VIP Vito gives everyone more room to settle.
Vehicles
We are a large family or a group. Which vehicle will you send?
We match the vehicle to both the number of people and the luggage. The economy sedan suits up to three passengers with three cases. The Vito comfort minivan and the VIP Vito each take six passengers with six cases. For groups there are 13-seat and 16-seat Sprinters, a 25-seat midibus and a 45-seat coach, used for weddings, sports teams, incentive trips and tour groups arriving at the same hotel. If your party carries more than the usual luggage, a larger vehicle is often the better choice. Give us your numbers and we recommend one.
Bags & children
We are coming for golf, or with a pushchair. Is there room for the extra luggage?
Yes, provided we know in advance. Belek in particular receives many golfers, and a golf bag, a bicycle or a pushchair takes the space of one or more suitcases. A sedan that is comfortable for three people with ordinary cases will not take three golf bags as well. List every bulky item with the numbers in your request, say whether bicycles are boxed, and we send a vehicle with enough room, such as a Vito minivan or a Sprinter. Items that appear unannounced on the day may not fit.
