We do. From Antalya Airport, Kaş is about 190 km, roughly 2 hours 45 minutes by road, and Kalkan 210 km. Fethiye is 300 km, around four hours, with Ölüdeniz slightly beyond it. Pamukkale lies 330 km inland, a little over four hours. On a drive of this length you can ask for a short stop for coffee, a meal or the toilet, either when you book or by telling the driver on the way. If small children are travelling, the Vito minivan or the VIP Vito gives everyone more room to settle.
Reserving
What will the confirmation show, and what should I check?
The confirmation arrives by e-mail or WhatsApp and lists the date and time, the pickup point and your hotel, the vehicle, the number of passengers, any child seats, the fixed price and how it is paid, the meeting point and a phone number for the day of travel. Check the hotel name above all: several resorts on this coast have similar names, and some belong to the same chain in different towns. If the hotel, the flight number or a name is wrong, tell us straight away so the driver has the right details.
Payment
When and how is the transfer paid?
Your written confirmation states the payment method. Depending on what has been agreed, you pay the driver on the day or settle in another way arranged beforehand. Either way, the amount is the fixed price for the vehicle confirmed before you travel; it does not rise because of heavy traffic or a late landing. If you need an invoice in a company name, or would prefer a particular way of paying, mention it when you book and we confirm in writing what we can do.
Bags & children
We are travelling with young children. Can you fit child seats?
Yes, for any age: rear-facing infant seats, seats for toddlers and boosters for older children. Child seats are a paid extra; the charge is added to the agreed transfer price and shown in your written confirmation. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and their ages or approximate weights, so the driver brings suitable seats and fits them before you get in. You are welcome to bring your own seat instead; mention it so we allow room for it.
