Reserving
Can you collect us from the hotel for the flight home, and at what time?
Yes. You can book the return together with the arrival, or arrange it during your stay by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. Send us your departure flight number and time, and we propose a pickup time that allows for the drive from your hotel and for check-in at Antalya Airport; a hotel in Alanya needs a much earlier start than one in Lara. The driver comes to the hotel entrance or reception at the agreed time. Please settle your hotel bill before then, and if the flight is moved, let us know so the pickup moves with it.

How do we find the driver after landing?
After passport control and the baggage belt, walk through into the arrivals hall. Your driver is at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel with a board showing your name. If you do not see the board at once, stay inside the hall and call or message the number in your confirmation; please do not go outside to the taxi rank or accept offers from other drivers. The office and the driver will direct you. From the desk, the driver walks with you to the car park and loads the luggage.What if our flight is delayed or diverted?
We follow every arrival by the flight number in your booking, so the driver sees the revised landing time and adjusts to it; there is no need to phone us from the departure airport. What matters is that the flight number is right. If you are moved onto a different flight, or the plane lands somewhere other than Antalya, send us the new details as soon as you have them and we rearrange the transfer. On busy summer days the passport queue and the baggage belt can take a while, and our drivers allow for that.We arrive after midnight. Will someone still be there?
Yes. A great many flights reach Antalya late at night or before dawn, and we work every hour of every day, so a 3 a.m. landing is met in exactly the same way as a midday one.
