  • Can you collect us from the hotel for the flight home, and at what time?

    Yes. You can book the return together with the arrival, or arrange it during your stay by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. Send us your departure flight number and time, and we propose a pickup time that allows for the drive from your hotel and for check-in at Antalya Airport; a hotel in Alanya needs a much earlier start than one in Lara. The driver comes to the hotel entrance or reception at the agreed time. Please settle your hotel bill before then, and if the flight is moved, let us know so the pickup moves with it.

  • How far ahead should we reserve the transfer?

    As soon as your flights and your hotel are confirmed. An early request lets us hold the right vehicle for your party, which matters most in July and August and for the larger vehicles: the Sprinters, the midibus and the coach. A request for tomorrow, or even for tonight, is still worth sending. The vehicles and drivers are our own and the office works every day, so we look at availability at once and give you a clear answer. If the vehicle you asked for is already booked, we offer the nearest alternative.

  • Our flight or hotel has changed. Can we amend the booking?

    Yes. Write to us through the channel you booked with and give the name on the booking. A new flight time, a different hotel, one more passenger or an extra child seat are ordinary changes. If the new details call for a larger vehicle or a longer route, the price may change too, and we tell you the new figure before anything is final. Every amendment is confirmed in writing, the same way as the original booking. The cancellation terms are stated in writing when you book.
